Edit Custom Option
This helps you to customized your visitor chat window and certain preference.
First you need to login into your Control
Panel, click on the Edit Custom Option, a customization form will
appear.
- Site Name - Your web site name, this will be used at various
places to indicate your identification. e.g. Title of visitor's chat
window.
- Support Email - This email address will be used to send offline
messages to you.
- Before Chat Message - This is message will be displayed after
user enter the user name and email address in chat window and continue.
While user is waiting for you to pick up the chat.
- After Mail Message - This message will be displayed after submission
of offline message.
- Off-line Message - This message will appear in off-line message
window, indicating you are currently offline and asking them to leave
a message for you.
- Client Style Sheet & Chat Style Sheet
- These two style
sheets are used to customized the look and feel of your client side
window. E.g. changing font style and size, changing background color
etc.
- Logo Image - This image is used as an
header for your visitor chat window.
- Custom Chat Invitation Image - This
image will replace standard chat invitation image in chat invitation
window. In this image you
can
write your own customize message to invite visitor to chat with you.
- Client Side Window Size - You can specify
the size of visitor chat window as per you your choice.
- Chat window Head Color - You can specify the chat window header
background color, color that go with your website.
- Do not ask user name and email before chat
- By default whenever your web site visitor request for chat
first window ask for visitor name and email. If you do not want
to ask visitor name and email just check this box. On visitor chat
request chat window will directly open in wait status until you
do not pick chat or refuse chat.
- Proactive Pop-up Window Size - Here
you can set the proactive Pop-up window size, that is to be pop-up
on your visitor side. You can send your desire page to your web site
visitor silently (without initiating chat).
- Chat History Popup - This is option
is used to open visitors previous chat history. If this option is
set to "Y" a list
of previous transcript of the visitor will popup on pickup of chat.
If option set to "N" chat history will not popup.
