Quick start guide

The following steps are require to setup Live2Support on your web site, monitor visitor and chat with them.

• Fill-up sign-up form http://www.live2support.com/order.php
  During this process use correct email address. This email address will be used for sending your login information. (During this process we will not ask any payment information. You can make payment during trial or at the end of trial using "Control Panel's Payment Option"). After successful sign-up an email be sent to you regarding your login information.
  
  
• Open your email, get the login inflammation and login at live2support.
  
  
• On successful login, you will be sent to "Control Panel". Click on "Get code to insert in your web pages".
  
  
• Copy codes from desired text box (Make sure copying every thing from text box).
  
  
• Open your web page in any text editor or HTML editor.
  
  
• Paste code at desired location (where you want to show Live Support graphics on your web page) and save web page. Now upload web site to your web server.
  
  
• Now you can click on "Monitor Visitors" option in "Control Panel". This will open visitor monitoring window. In this window you can see the visitor on your web site in real time.
  
  
• If your get a chat notification in Visitor Monitoring window. Just click on IP address of that visitor to pick chat.
