Visitor Chat Window
When visitor visit web page integrated live2support codes. If you have
place graphics code, visitor is able to know your are available for chat
at that time or not. If you are logged in Control Panel at Live2support
and monitoring visitor of your web site with online status then visitor
of your web site will see your online status graphic indicating to visitor
Live Chat is available. If visitor clicks on the online graphic the following
window will be open and same time a chat request notification will appear
in Live Monitor (visitor monitoring window) :

In this window visitor can provide his/her name and email address (the
same will be displayed in support executive chat window). This information
is optional. Visitor can continue chat with entering full information
here. This can be customized also not to ask this information.
On continue visitor will see following window :

This window display a wait message for visitor till support executive
accept the chat or refuse. This wait can be customized using "Control
Panel's Edit Custom Options". If support executive refuse chat a
off-line message window will displayed. If support executive accept chat
the following window displayed :

This window displaying count down of chat in hours, minutes and seconds
on upper right corner. Mid box display current conversation, at bottom
text box for type message for conversation and send.
On click of Send button current typed message will be send. Alternatively
Enter Key can also be used to send message.
Logout is for closing current chat.
The following window is displayed if no support executive is online or
support executive refused chat :

Off-line message in this window can be customized using "Control
Panel's Edit Custom Options". Message of this window will be send
to email address ( as specify during sign-up for support).
This window is customizable to match look and feel of your web site.
The size, color top graphic and text font etc. can be customized using
"Control Panel's Edit Custom Options".
